CNC Milling
CNC milling adds flats, slots, pockets, contours, and other features to threaded and turned components.

How CNC milling works.
In CNC milling, a rotating cutter removes material as the tool and part move along programmed paths. On turned and threaded parts, milling adds features a lathe alone cannot produce, such as wrench flats, spanner slots, and pockets.
- Milled features on turned and threaded components
- Slots, flats, pockets, and profiles
- Setups planned around part geometry and how features relate
- Coordinated with turning, deburring, and inspection
