CNC Turning
CNC turning shapes cylindrical components and keeps concentric features, faces, bores, and surfaces that will later be threaded under consistent control.

How CNC turning works.
On a CNC lathe, the part spins while a cutting tool follows a programmed path to form diameters, faces, bores, grooves, and shoulders. Turning sets the round geometry that threading, milling, and finishing operations build on.
- Turned rings, nuts, sleeves, spacers, and other cylindrical components
- Operations planned around part geometry and material
- Coordinated with deburring, inspection, and documentation
